For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebe 4:12)
The word in this passage is defined as "logos" meaning: something said.....a Divine Expression. greek#3056. It is important to know how the Father wants to address each and every one of your concerns. No counsel is good counsel unless it is founded on the Word of God (Elohim). Most of the time, you may come to church thinking that you are in need of counsel from the Pastors. If you just wait and listen to the Word, you may find that the Holy Spirit (the Ruach Hakadesh), has given the Pastor an answer to your situation.
The Word (logos) is the most important and the most impressive part of the service at Emmanuel Temple Church Of God. It is very powerful and it reaches your heart.
The Pastors are qualified to release a Rhema (uttered) and Pneuma (breathed) word, directly from the mouth of the Holy Spirit (Ruach Hakadesh). You will not leave empty or with a void in your spirit. There is not a soul that is searching for deliverance or healing, and cannot find it in the Temple. Come with an expectancy and anticipation. The Word of God will meet you right where you are in your broken place. He has healing in the mouth of the Pastors in this Temple and you will not leave the same.
Everything before the Word is preparation for your healing. The songs and the praise dance prepare your heart to receive. However, if you are truly coming in search of deliverance, you will begin to feel the shackles loosen from you during your entrance into the front door.
You are encouraged and admonished to Trust In The Lord and Trust In His Word. He Loves and He Cares for you. Every word you hear from the Pastors at Emmanuel Temple, is preparing you for a journey you will take or encourage you regarding the journey you are on. The Word is your instruction manual and your road map to make it out of every situation and guide you through the next one.
